Guy Smashes PS3
These two guys in Toronto (one dressed up like Luigi) got in line for PS3s and Wiis. Bought them and then smashed them with a sledge hammer in front of the people still waiting in line.
They called it performance art. I call it funny.

Too much money and too much time on their hands, obviously.
The money was raised via donations on their site, http://www.smashmyps3.com. They have also done smashmyipod and smashmyxbox.
Just today I also found out about http://www.smashmyviper.com/ in which people are attempting to raise $1 million dollars to start a company. They are using the one million pixel gimmic, and as added incentive to donators, they are doing things to a Dodge Viper that no one would ever want to do then posting the videos on the site. So far they have done such damage to it as drilling a hole in the dash, covering it in peanut butter and jelly and then feathering it, and allowing people to key it all over.

Absolutely. Now that I am back working in an office, I find is easy to stay on top of them. Mind you, I love this new job way better than my last.
